This policy explains what FlowComply Directory (flowcomplydirectory.com) collects, who we share it with, and the choices you have. FlowComply Directory is an independent directory. It is not affiliated with any utility or government agency.

What we collect

• Quote requests. When you send the quote form we collect the service you need, the assembly or trap size, your ZIP code, your due date or urgency, your name or business name, your phone number, your email, your message, and the city page you sent it from.
• Due-date reminder sign-ups. Your business name, email, optional phone, city, service type, last test or pump-out date, testing or pumping interval and number of sites.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our host records basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and country). We use a one-way hash of your IP address to limit spam on our forms. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, to count page views.

Who we share it with

• Paying local providers (quote requests). Every quote request is sent to us. In a city where a provider pays $149/month for the Exclusive City Quote-Routing spot, your quote request details are also sent automatically to that paying provider by email: the service, size, ZIP code, due date, your name or business, your phone number, your email and your message. Your email is set as the reply-to so they can answer you directly. That provider is shown on the city page with a “Sponsored” label.
• Reminder sign-ups. As the sign-up form says, we may share your details with a local backflow tester or grease trap hauler so they can contact you with a quote.
• Service providers. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form entries. Brevo delivers our emails. They process data only to provide those services.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Phone calls and call-routing partners

Right now no phone number on this site goes through a call-routing or call-tracking partner. Phone numbers on provider listings are the providers' own numbers. Calls may be routed through call-routing partners if we add them in the future. If we do, this page will name each partner before any routed number goes live.

Your choices

• Every reminder email has an unsubscribe link.
• To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop us sharing your future requests, email [email protected]. We cannot recall details already sent to a provider, but we can ask them to delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and sign-ups for as long as needed to provide the service and handle follow-ups, and delete them when you ask us to unless the law requires us to keep them.

Children

This site is meant for property owners and businesses. It is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
